Requirements and responsibilities


We’re looking for Client Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact on our sales process and client relationships. Location: Remote Salary: $320/week (first 90 days) | $400/week (after 90 days) Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturdays Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (40-hour work week) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off * Paid training * Company-provided phone number What you’ll do: * Build strong product knowledge to better serve customers. * Manage data entry, scorecards, and sales activity in the CRM. * Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent service. * Identify opportunities to grow and optimize the sales pipeline. * Support Roof Advisors with estimates, project details, and RoofSnap sketches. * Communicate with clients regularly throughout the sales cycle. * Assist with insurance claims and supplement negotiations. * Collaborate with the sales team in weekly meetings to review progress. * Collect payments and discuss financing options with clients. * Provide administrative support (DocuSign, clerical tasks, production handoffs). * Track metrics (closing ratios, RPA) to measure performance and forecast growth. What you bring to the table: * Sales experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales. * Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred). * Clear communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Customer-centric attitude: Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service. * Tech savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM tools. * Construction knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with the construction industry, specifically roofing, is a plus. * Bilingual (required): Fluency in English and Spanish is required. * Adaptability: Ability to pivot and thrive in a fast-changing environment. * Technology: A second screen monitor is required for this position to work efficiently.
