Responsibilities

We are a real estate wholesaling company looking for a Dispositions Assistant to join our Dispositions Department. 🟡 Skills needed: ◽ A positive, upbeat attitude and problem solver. ◽ Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal), very neutral accent. ◽ Should have a lot of confidence communicating over the phone. ◽ Should have sales skills. ◽ Experience in real estate wholesaling and specifically the dispositions process. ◽ Experience working with and talking to real estate investors/buyers. ◽ Experience with InvestorLift/Resimpli is a plus. ◽ Experience running comps on properties is a huge plus. 🟡 The Dispositions Assistant will need to do the following things: ◽ Cold call prospective buyers for properties that we have under contract. ◽ Post our properties on InvesterLift, Facebook, Craigslist, and other related sites. ◽ Update our CRM (Resimpli) with interested buyers. ◽ Assist with transaction coordination and upload contracts and related title documents to our CRM. ◽ Send our contracts to buyers and sellers (assignment agreements, contract amendments, etc.). ◽ Coordinate investor/buyer walk-throughs on our properties. → You will also earn a bonus on the files that are closed.
