Are you excited to spend hours debating 4px vs 8px and other design library component decisions?We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. You’ll work across Android, iOS, and Web platforms to expand and up-level current products, lead the way in developing new ones, and play a key role in integrations across the Versaterm software portfolio.What would I be doing?Interact directly with First Responders at all stages including discovery, prototype walkthroughs, and post-release research.Execute effective and high-quality UX and UI work in FigmaBalance the use of existing components and patterns versus building new ones as appropriate.Work with engineering to produce ready-to-build work that directly solves the need — with an eye and opinion on expansion for what comes next.Show your work early and often to internal and external users and stakeholders.Help manage and grow our design system, processes, research methods, documentation, and tools.Champion user-centered experiences that meet our Product Design Principles.Collaborate with the Versaterm Product Design team as we bring the entire portfolio into alignment as appropriate.Would I be a good fit for this role?7+ years of hands-on experience delivering beautiful digital products across iOS, Android, and the web.A stunning portfolio that demonstrates strategic business thinking, ambitious creative solutions, and cross-platform brand consistency.Proven track record in a fast-paced and high growth environmentPrior experience in Saas, cloud, iOS, Android, and secure productsStrong communication skills: verbal, written and presentationPrior experience with UAS and/or public safety is a bonusBachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experienceBonus Points:A low-ego, team-first mentality.
