Job Requirements: • Attain quarterly results for sales units, revenue, and gross margin. • Identify and cultivate local channel partnerships to develop an ongoing business stream. (i.e., associations, peer-to-peer leadership organizations, outsourced CFOs & HR firms, startup incubators, CPA and Law Firms, etc.) • Strategically build relationships and sales with local enterprise clients. (i.e., MSFT, Nike, Perkins Coie) • Prospect into small, medium, and large companies while running an efficient sales process. • Present creative solutions to prospects, partners and clients through storytelling and consultative conversations. • Manage the entire sales cycle with clients using a consultative, relationship-driven approach. • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers. • Support the development of productized services such as recruiting and tech clients. • Collaborate and support revenue development opportunities and client management and growth as needed. What You’ll Bring • Proven track record of sales results and client management success. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy. • Strong at selling value versus price with confirmed experience in selling complex solutions to senior executives. • Adept at exceeding sales bookings targets versus plan and changing behavior as the need arises. • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset. • Effective negotiation skill. • Consistently perform the outbound activity to source clients, maintain the pipeline, generate sales. • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
