🔵 Requirements:
◽ 3+ years of experience in a project management role in a software company.
◽ Excellent communication skills; comfortable talking to customers, partners, and evangelizing products and vision. Strong written English skills to communicate complex matters concisely and clearly.
◽ Ability to solicit customer requirements from many, often competing, sources, prioritize, and work with engineering and design to deliver.
◽ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to make data-driven decisions and quantify ROI.
◽ Ability to coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams.
◽ Experience working with engineering teams to deliver software using Agile methodologies and lead solution design with engineering partners.
◽ Technically savvy with experience in the cloud, APIs, communications, consumer software, and SMS is a plus.
◽ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
◽ Experience with platform-focused products or internal platform services.
◽ Familiarity with messaging and communication technologies.
◽ Ability to independently test hypotheses and quantify expected impact by querying internal data sets.
◽ Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau).
◽ Experience working in an agile/SCRUM development process with globally distributed teams and customers, occasionally working non-standard hours.

◽ Drive end-to-end product development for the Quiver LGBTQ+ platform and the Quinn Dating application.
◽ Define and execute comprehensive product roadmaps, incorporating user feedback, market trends, and community dynamics.
◽ Champion engaging and inclusive product experiences, fostering connections within the LGBTQ+ community.
◽ Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
◽ Leverage data analysis and user insights for informed product decisions, optimizing impact on both platforms.
◽ Develop and execute a comprehensive security roadmap addressing current and emerging threats.
◽ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust security measures into the Quiver platform and Quinn dating application, ensuring compliance.
◽ Lead initiatives to optimize security best practices and avoid potential risks.
◽ Work with engineering teams to prioritize security features and ensure timely issue resolution.
◽ Utilize data analytics to monitor and enhance overall platform security.

◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
◽ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: USD 110,000 - USD 135,000.
◽ US employees outside of these areas: USD 85,000 - USD 112,000.
