We're looking for a Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across high-value corporate clients. This is a hunter–farmer hybrid role focused on growing our IT services and software consulting business. If you have proven success managing multi-million-dollar sales targets in enterprise IT environments, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities * Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Mexico and LATAM. * Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps. * Lead the full sales cycle for consulting, software, and cloud solutions, from prospecting to closing. * Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders, procurement, and technical decision-makers. * Manage a sales quota between USD 2M to 5M annually, with a mix of renewals, expansions, and net-new deals. * Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, architects, and delivery leads to tailor proposals and value propositions. * Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and opportunity management using CRM tools. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and client strategies to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. Experience: * 5+ years in B2B sales within the IT industry, preferably in cloud, software, or consulting services. * Demonstrated success managing quotas of USD 2M–5M/year, with consistent overachievement. * Experience with complex solution selling to enterprise clients, ideally including Azure, AWS, SaaS, or cybersecurity. Sales Skills: * Proven consultative selling abilities and value-based sales approach. * Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and account development experience. * Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Language Skills: Native Spanish; advanced English (B2+/C1), for business meetings and technical documentation. Soft Skills: Executive presence, customer-centric, analytical, persistent, and a closer.
