Objective:
🔵 Support in the generation of solutions and execution of projects aimed at solving business problems.
🔵 Analysis of complex problems, design of solutions, and implementations in companies of various industries within Mexico and Latin America.
🔵 Collect and analyze information for the diagnosis and/or redesign of processes.
Academic training:
🔵 Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or similar.
🔵 Preferably master's degree in administration, industrial engineering, business, marketing, or related postgraduate degrees.
Areas of experience:
âś… Market understanding and segmentation, segmented value propositions, channel strategy, business processes and practices, trade marketing elements, business conditions, point-of-sale practices, and execution.
âś… Experience in strategic and commercial planning, market research, benchmarking, trade marketing, go-to-market, and go-to-cash.
âś… Experience of 2 to 4 years in other consulting firms or in AAA manufacturing and consumer industries (as long as you can adapt to the consulting conditions).
Main responsibilities:
🔵 Take responsibility for partial elements of the problem to be solved during projects with clients.
🔵 Identity, define and carry out analysis and research to support the execution of projects, determining and collecting relevant company and industry information using varied sources.
🔵 Provide understanding, synthesis, and conclusions of the analysis, meeting deadlines defined through producing materials in spreadsheets, summaries, and slides
for presentations.
🔵 Conduct interviews with client personnel to deepen understanding of existing situations, processes, and indicators.
🔵 Participate in discussions to solve problems and design solutions, contributing ideas, best practices, and trends.
🔵 Support solution implementation processes supporting customer learning of new processes and associated tools.
🔵 During projects, apply the company's methodology for execution.
🔵 Support in internal tasks of the consulting unit.
🔵 Make oral presentations to clients of the analysis results and/or solution designs.
🔵 Achieve the objective of our participation in client companies through the improvement of their business processes.
🔵 Contribute to knowledge-creation initiatives.
Skills and tools required:
âś… Knowledge of tools: Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
âś… Previous experience in consulting (highly desirable) or in positions oriented to Market Intelligence.
âś… Advanced English.
âś… Availability to travel between Colombia, MĂ©xico, and Chile
âś… Location: CDMX or Monterrey (or willing to relocate to these cities).
Nice to have:
đź’ĄKnowledge of tools of programming, data visualization, and manipulation: Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Minitab.
