About Volada Vodka Volada Vodka is the first vodka inspired by Mexican Aguas Frescas — infused with real fruit and made in San Antonio, Texas. We’re a fast-growing brand focused on celebrating Mexican-American culture with a fresh, bold twist. Now available at Total Wine stores across Texas, we’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a scrappy, strategic, and creative Growth Marketing Lead to join us. What you’ll do: You’ll lead digital marketing execution for the brand — with a strong focus on content-driven growth, influencer marketing, and paid social. Your primary goal: grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive velocity in our retail and on-premise accounts through highly effective, culturally relevant content and performance marketing. Core responsibilities: • Source and manage micro-influencers and UGC creators (5K–15K followers preferred) to generate content and build brand awareness in Texas and Mexico. • Source photography and short-form video content for the brand (you may create it yourself or manage outside creators) • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) focused on brand awareness and conversions. • Identify and test creative hooks, content angles, and growth loops that drive results. • Work with the founder to plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns tied to retail launches, tastings, and partnerships. • Develop a weekly content calendar and oversee delivery of content assets. • Track analytics and performance, reporting back with insights and next steps. Who you are: You’re a hungry, resourceful marketer with a track record of delivering growth for consumer brands. You’re not just a strategist — you get your hands dirty finding talent, making things happen, and pushing content out. You understand what drives engagement and can identify content that actually moves the needle. Traits we’re looking for: • Deep familiarity with content-led growth for lifestyle or beverage brands. • Strong understanding of performance content — hooks, formats, and conversion tactics. • Ability to source content from external creators (influencers, photographers, editors, etc.) • Bonus if you can create content yourself (especially cocktail or lifestyle videos) • Excellent taste and understanding of what performs on social. • Cultural fluency with Mexican-American lifestyle and drink culture is a huge plus. • Comfortable wearing many hats and moving quickly. You should NOT apply if: • You’ve only worked at large agencies or companies with full in-house content teams and don’t know how to source content yourself. • You don’t have experience managing paid social or content creation. • You’re focused purely on analytics, calendar management, or strategy without the ability to execute.
