Context
RD is currently executing projects with big companies, so our company is interested in incorporating specialists into the Consulting team in Mexico that can support our clients in their needs, and add value, and growth.
Position
The required position is Senior Consultant. Your main mission will be to collaborate on projects regarding IT, related to service transformation or strategic provisioning processes. In some projects, you may serve as Project Manager, leading the implementation. You must have solid technical knowledge regarding IT, such as data centers, telecommunications, security, apps, service desk, field services, end-user computing, and others, for local, regional or global corporate clients. You’ll be part of the multidisciplinary consulting team. You’ll have a high level of activity with clients to fulfill objectives and spot new business opportunities. You’ll report directly to the Consulting Area Director.
Profile
We require someone with a consulting-conceptual approach, technical knowledge, and experience in IT, strong analytical and deductive way of thinking, ability to generate and present ideas, great interpersonal relationship management, ability to organize and do process-oriented work, experience and knowledge in project-management, integration with work teams, good informatic tools handling and knowledge, analysis abilities, results-oriented, consulting sales aptitudes, independence for work, proactivity in the generation of ideas, among other abilities. Required knowledge for the job:
● University studies finished and certified.
● Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar positions.
● Knowledge of IT and Project Management
● Language: English, spoken and written (exclusive).
Conditions:
● Hiring conditions: 100% on payroll and medical insurance.
● Work modality: hybrid (remote and partially in-person in CDMX, Polanco)
● Working hours: 9 to 18 hrs
