Job Description:
As an Online Marketing Consultant Team Leader, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled outbound sales closers who sell our online marketing solutions to small business owners in the U.S. You’ll be the engine driving performance, strategy, and motivation — building a team that not only meets targets but consistently surpasses them.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Performance
* Lead a team of remote sales closers specializing in SEO, PPC, and paid media solutions.
* Drive a high-performance culture centered on outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and strong closing techniques.
* Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to ensure KPIs and revenue goals are consistently met.
* Motivate and mentor your team to elevate both skill and mindset, turning good closers into elite performers.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and refine outbound sales scripts and closing strategies tailored to SEO/PPC products.
* Coach the team on effectively communicating value propositions for paid media campaigns, ROI, and performance-driven marketing.
* Collaborate with management to set ambitious sales goals and create actionable plans to exceed them.
* Use data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates, handle objections, and shorten the sales cycle.
Coaching & Development
* Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, live call calibrations, and feedback sessions.
* Identify skill gaps and design targeted training to improve closing techniques, digital marketing knowledge, and negotiation skills.
* Foster a growth-oriented, accountable culture where performance is measured, celebrated, and continuously improved.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record leading sales teams in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing services (agency or BPO experience preferred).
* Strong background in outbound lead handling, prospecting, and high-ticket sales closing.
* Excellent coaching, analytical, and motivational leadership skills.
* Advanced communication abilities with the capacity to simplify technical concepts for small business owners.
