Responsibilities
• Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create mobile apps running on Android and iOS platforms.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Set continuous delivery and continuous improvement in front-end development.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
Implement pixel perfect UI’s that match designs.
• Integrate third-party API’s.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
• Follow general engineering best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Assist with building estimates.
• Work with modern tools and frameworks/libraries.
• Benchmark new frameworks, libraries and technologies to proactively suggest the most suitable option.
Additional requirements
• Expertise in integrating native SDKs into the react-native code base.
• Previous experience developing native apps (Java/Kotlin and Swift), a plus but not required.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices.
• Expertise with version control: Github, Gitlab.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
