Requirements and responsibilities

• Plans and manages multiple engagements and provides expertise to both internal employees and external customers. • Provides consultation on-site or via telephone to clients relating to, organizational structure, operational processes, compliance, regulatory issues, staff delivery models, billing, policy and procedure development, and QAPI. • Develops educational programs and written material directed at provider clinical staff; conducts clinical and regulatory research to provide expert advice to customers; designs, develops and facilitates the implementation of operational/clinical strategies to improve the customer’s operations and bottom-line results. • On an interim basis may fill agency management role for administration, operations, compliance, QAPI/Education and other clinical services. • Provides project management on engagements that may include planning, implementation and evaluation of a consulting engagement. • Develops new business opportunities from either existing and/or new clients • Provides significant resources and leadership to other employees and sub-contractors.
