Requirements and responsibilities

• Work with the Senior Content Director and other teams across Phreesia to develop a communications plan that identifies creative, strategic and targeted opportunities to build awareness of our brand, and then execute on that plan • Manage PR, media relations and other earned media functions, including writing engaging press releases; cultivating relationships with journalists; pitching client-driven stories to healthcare trade and business media outlets; and securing impactful media placements • Help create and optimize content for our website • Support the company’s crisis-communications and reputation-management efforts • Drive internal communications efforts • Create high-quality content across a range of other channels, including email marketing, video testimonials, and product collateral • Provide SEO support • Manage our relationships with various partner organizations.
