Requirements and responsibilities
✨ Be responsible for making Facturedo grow, both at the KPIs level and at the P&L level (loan book and finances).
✨ Know the local market and competitors. Define the position that Billing should occupy in the market. Design and execute a strategy to position ourselves in the market and compete in it.
✨ Know well the needs of customers and, based on these, the areas for improvement in Facturedo.
✨ Define the priorities in a holistic way of the business in the market and communicate them to the organization to focus resources on the execution of projects according to the priorities together with the Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk and IT team.
✨ In a first phase you will personally execute a large part of the operations with the aim of knowing each part of the business by heart in order to organize resources and execute efficiently. This also includes product.
✨ You will be responsible for closing agreements and partnerships that accelerate our growth in the market, as well as developing new commercial accounts, as well as managing current clients, through commercial research and exploration.
✨ As part of your role, you will work with Facturedo's management and the rest of the team to achieve milestones in the short, medium and long term.
✨ Responsibility to attract, train and retain talent. We have demonstrated leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to mentor and coach your team members to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency to achieve goals. This includes monitoring and measuring team performance.
