Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, rapid decision-making, and reliable technical performance under pressure. Key Responsibilities: * Execute ticket purchases online with speed and accuracy during ticket release windows. * Monitor ticket release times and coordinate with the purchasing team to maximize success rates. * Follow strict purchase protocols and ensure order accuracy. * Maintain logs of purchases and results for tracking and reporting. * Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to avoid missed opportunities. Qualifications: * Fast, reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps). * High-spec personal computer capable of handling high-speed processes without lag. * AMD: Ryzen 5 5600G or higher. * Intel: i3 13th gen or higher, i5 12th gen or higher, i7 10th gen or higher. * Windows 10 with a minimum of 16 GB RAM, or Windows 11 with a minimum of 32 GB RAM. * Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to perform under time pressure. * Proficiency with web browsers, online purchasing platforms, and basic spreadsheets. * Excellent communication skills in English.
