⚠️ Important information: → This is a 100% position commission based. ⬜️ Requirements: 🔹 Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 🔹 Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. 🔹 Experience managing and leading remote sales teams with exceptional coaching and mentoring skills. ⬜️ Responsibilities: 🔹 Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets remotely. 🔹 Building and maintaining a high-performing, remote sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring talented sales professionals. 🔹 Establishing and managing performance metrics, ensuring the remote sales team meets or exceeds sales goals. 🔹 Overseeing sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to provide insights on market trends and opportunities. 🔹 Nurturing and maintaining relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners in the blockchain, Insurtech, FinTech, and DeFi industries through virtual communication channels. 🔹 Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with the remote marketing and product teams to capitalize on market trends and demands. 🔹 Providing strategic input to senior management on pricing, market discovery, and business development initiatives. 🔹 Attending in-person and virtual industry conferences and events to network and promote Beyond Enterprises services.
