A Client Success Specialist (referred to as CLON agent) is responsible for being the main point of contact with anyone interacting with the platform. Key responsibilities include giving a great first impression, understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, cross-selling, and facilitating a seamless project submission process. Requirements: ✓ Able to establish clear communication with clients. ✓ Skilled in guiding clients through onboarding processes. ✓ Capable of resolving client issues effectively during onboarding. ✓ Proficient in building and maintaining positive client relationships. ✓ Competent in collecting and acting on client feedback. ✓ Available for live chat to assist and convert clients. As a Client Success Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve: • Establish clear communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations. • Provide information about products or services and address any client queries. • Guide clients through onboarding, explaining steps and requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients. • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients during the onboarding process. • Work to resolve problems promptly and effectively. • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction. • Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding phase. • Gather client feedback about the product, delivery, and onboarding experience. • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-onboarding issues. • Be available to unblock and convert clients. • Stand-up weekly reporting. • Cross-functional collaboration. • Client Relationship Management. • Quoting and meeting with clients. • Coordinating services / Getting the right mix. • Relationship with prospects. • Submitting projects and knowing the platform. • Ensuring that the client’s expectations have been fulfilled.
