Hi there! We are Hikru, a dynamic recruiting agency specializing in connecting top-tier IT talent from Latin America with leading companies worldwide.
We’re currently looking for a motivated Tech Talent Recruiter to help us find exceptional talent for our clients.
What You Need To Know
▫️ This would be a full-time, short-term job that will last 2.5 months approximately from the beginning of September to the end of November. This position offers a fixed salary and does not include commissions.
What You’ll Do
▫️ Sourcing and attracting passive candidates.
▫️ Conducting interviews in both English and Spanish.
▫️ Coordinating technical interviews with hiring teams.
▫️ Managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation, contract coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
▫️ Supporting other HR-related tasks, such as drafting contracts and handling basic administrative processes.
What We’re Expecting From You
▫️ Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruiting.
▫️ Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
▫️ Experience coordinating technical interviews with hiring teams.
▫️ Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
▫️ Comfortable working remotely with a high level of independence.
▫️ Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS).
▫️ Ability to draft basic employment contracts and support HR-related admin tasks.
▫️ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
