As the SalesAI Forecasting Product Lead, you will spearhead the creation of next-generation forecasting tools that empower sales leaders with precise, AI-driven insights. This is a high-impact opportunity to own the end-to-end product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovation that transforms how businesses project and achieve their revenue goals.Responsibilities:Define Product Vision and Roadmap - Create and communicate a compelling long-term vision for the forecasting productLead Cross-Functional Development - Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to build AI-driven forecasting featuresDrive User-Centric Design - Conduct user research to understand the specific needs and pain points of sales teams and revenue leadersCoordinate Stakeholder Alignment - Manage trade-offs between user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to deliver a balanced solutionEvangelize the Product - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, user adoption, and engagementRequirementsYears of Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and similar).
