Requirements and responsibilities


What you will do:Lead the interior design process for small to medium-scale hospitality projects across all phases.Develop strong design concepts, 3D models, and compelling presentations for client reviews.Present design ideas to clients and serve as the primary liaison between the client and project team.Manage specifications and selection of finishes, lighting, and furniture, including FF&E specifications and procurement coordination.Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure compliance with design intent.Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams for technical and design alignment.Apply regenerative and sustainable design approaches to enhance the built, social, and natural environments.Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and thoughtful task assignments.Oversee preparation of accurate, code-compliant interior documentation that meets contract requirements.Participate in construction administration processes, including site visits and verifications.Support pursuits by preparing proposal content and participating in interviews.Contribute to interiors resource library development and maintenance.
