As a Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strategic B2B partnerships in the AdTech and SaaS sectors. You will identify business development opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and collaboratively create long-term successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll be doing with us: • Strategically building and maintaining B2B partnerships, with a focus on AdTech and SaaS solutions. • Responsibility for revenue targets, forecasts, budget planning, and KPI-based management of partnerships. • Strategic management of the partner selection process, including organizing pitches, evaluating potential partners, conducting contract negotiations, and establishing long-term partnerships. • Acting as the main point of contact for external partners—ensuring smooth operational collaboration and resolving challenges confidently. • Developing solid business cases and deriving strategic recommendations for top management. • Analyzing relevant performance data, identifying optimization potential, and developing scalable growth and revenue strategies. • Close, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams—especially Product, Privacy, Analytics, and Legal—to maximize partner success. What you bring: • A degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a comparable qualification. • At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management—preferably in the AdTech or SaaS context. • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, with a strong sense for business relationships and data-driven decision-making. • Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, including contract design and negotiation. • Highly self-motivated, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach. • Ability to collaborate across departments with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels. • Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
