Pay: \$28.38 - \$32.89 per hour Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide technical support via live chat. * Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and promote services. * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and offer the best solutions. * Stay informed on products and services to assist customers effectively. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. * Use customer feedback to identify service and process improvements. * Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. * Follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in live chat. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong technical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. * Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus.
