The Manager, US Brand Merchandising, Lifestyle will work closely with the Director, US Merchandising on the US strategy for HOKA that encompasses all elements of the value proposition (Right Product at the Right Place at the Right Time for the Right Consumer) specifically for the Lifestyle category and channels in the US. They will build relationships with key cross-functional business partners including Sales, Product, Planning, Sales Operations, DTC and Marketing to help support a consistent and compelling brand presentation for the Lifestyle category within the US. Responsibilities: - Lead development of consumer-right assortments, segmentation, and flow of product for the category. Ensuring assortments deliver on the consumer requirements and financial targets for the US Lifestyle category. - Cross functional collaboration. Ensure all US teams and key stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, are appropriately engaged in their part in the delivery of the assortment strategy. - Thoroughly understand the competitive landscape and HOKA’s unique point of difference. Drive future needs to ensure the US Lifestyle business continues to deliver innovative product and flawless execution to our consumers. - Present the US Lifestyle merchandise strategy, supporting insights, assortment guidance and differentiation plans to leadership during key GTM milestone meetings and to customers during preline and presell meetings.
