Review APP & Web requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback2. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases3. Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities4. Design, develop and execute Manual scripts using internal Manual framework and system5. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track all bugs6. Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved7. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs8. Liaise with internal teams, i.e. Developers and Product Managers to identify and monitor debugging process results9. Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts10. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesQualifications1. At least 7+ years of working experience performing APP Manual software-related testing2. Hands-on APP & Web testing experience with both white box and black box testing3. Web/Mobile Full-stack Manual testing experience4. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases5. Familiar with writing at least one scripting language- Python, Ruby, or Java6. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting7. Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process8. Has interest & talent on Product analysis hacking mindset9. Fluent English level with basic Chinese speaking skill10. BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject11. Bonus: Experience in performance or security testing, 20-30% automation framework design and implementation
