Full-Stack Affiliate Launch Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Launch Manager to execute an accelerated affiliate program launch on a Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketplace. This project demands both technical expertise in platform configuration and strategic outreach skills to activate affiliates quickly, drive early course sales, and build a scalable, low-maintenance affiliate system.
Mission:
* Launch & Automate: Configure a single-level affiliate program on a PLG marketplace, ensuring flawless tracking, payouts, and reporting.
* Drive Early Sales: Achieve at least 1–2 affiliate-driven course sales within the first 7–14 days by activating “fast-lane” affiliates and coordinating targeted promotions.
* Build Long-Term Scalability: Lay the foundation for sustained growth through strategic outreach, personalized onboarding, and automation.
Responsibilities:
1. Platform Configuration:
Configure a PLG marketplace (e.g., Rewardful, PartnerStack) with:
* Single-level commissions (no MLM/recurring).
* 90-day cookie tracking.
* Automated payouts via PayPal/Wise.
* Publish 20+ offers with deep links, coupon codes (1–2 per offer), and defined UTM tracking conventions.
* Conduct rigorous validation:
- Execute 6 tracking tests (click→conversion) with proof (screenshots/Looms).
- Perform a $1 payout dry-run to ensure functionality.
2. Asset Creation:
Develop high-conversion listing assets:
* Copy: Headlines, benefits, FAQs, T&Cs.
* Visuals: 3–5 Canva banners.
* Videos: One master video (30–45 seconds) + three short cutdowns.
* Create supporting materials:
- A "Promo Matrix" mapping offers, angles, and coupon uses.
- Swipe copy for affiliate promotions.
3. Fast-Lane Affiliate Activation:
Identify and pre-approve 5 high-potential affiliates within Week 1:
