Remote Talent is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of financial reporting, controls, cash flow, profitability, payroll, and commercial reporting for a growing international staffing and workforce solutions business.This is a senior finance leadership role — not a standard bookkeeping position.What We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent senior finance roleStrong management accounting and financial reporting experienceAdvanced Xero and Microsoft Excel skills — essentialExperience with P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modellingExperience overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivableStrong financial controls, SOP development, and process improvement skillsExcellent English communication, accuracy, judgement, and accountabilityNice to Have:CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCAstaffing/recruitment or BPO experienceinternational payroll experiencePower BIand Australian tax/payroll knowledge.
