Responsibilities

Sales Development Manager 100% Remote, LATAM preferred About the Role: We've spent time developing and running our own outbound engine at Beyond Borders Marketing, and it works. More accounts are signing up, and we need someone who already knows how to do this well. This role is built for someone who already knows outreach cold: medium to high-volume campaigns by email and LinkedIn, deliverability fixes, and squeezing better conversion out of a sequence that's gone stale. If that's you, keep reading. You won't run discovery calls or prospect meetings (our sales team owns those), but you need to understand the business well enough to reply confidently, handle objections and get leads booked so the sales team can close them. We build a lot of our own systems around Claude skills and AI agents, and you'll need to be comfortable working inside that kind of setup, interfacing directly with our client service team on every account. Everything gets measured: set a goal, track it, adjust fast. We've proven this program works, and we're ready to keep growing it with someone who's ready to grow with us. What You'll Do: Running the program ● Build, run and optimize outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn for BBM and our clients, adjusting targeting and platform strategy account by account, since what works for one industry rarely works for another ● Handle the technical side of email sending (domains, hosting, inbox warming) and manage LinkedIn outreach tooling ● Build target lists based on each account's Ideal Customer Profile, using personalization and buyer intent signals when available ● Monitor inboxes and LinkedIn daily, reply fast, keep conversations moving toward a booked call, and hand off to the sales team fully briefed ● Maintain the CRM, track performance by account, and flag what's working and what needs to change alongside the client service team ● Get up to speed on BBM's stack and each client's business fast, putting your skills into practice as you go instead of waiting until you know it all Other marketing duties (a few examples, more will come up) ● Website updates in Webflow and writing or posting LinkedIn content ● Blog or podcast posting, SEO and AEO support, and AI audio, video and avatar work How We Work: We're not dabbling in AI. It runs through email outreach, LinkedIn, blog content, SEO, client work and video, and we lean heavily on Claude skills and custom agents we've built ourselves. You'll need to get fluent in that system fast and help us improve it, moving between AI platforms and language models as each task calls for it. Every AI output still gets a human check, since AI speeds things up but doesn't replace judgment. This program already has a real track record, and we're scaling it with clients. The approach stays simple: set a goal, measure it, optimize based on the data. Targets for your accounts get set together as you ramp up, and what matters most is staying sharp on what's working and quick to adjust when it's not. Requirements: ● A real track record of hands-on outreach campaign ownership, ideally you’ve done this for at least a year or more, in-house with a company or agency in the U.S. market. This isn’t your first campaign. ● Working knowledge of outreach platforms such as Instantly, Dripify, Apollo, UpscaleB2B, PuzzleInbox or similar, the judgment to know which tool fits which job, and results to show for it in deliverability and conversion. ● Hands-on comfort with Claude skills or a similar AI agent framework, and you’re comfortable with a range of platforms, AI tools and language models. ● Fluent English and strong written communication at high volume, writing to match to each client's voice and tone. ● Comfortable learning new tools independently as the landscape shifts ● Self-starter who works well without much day-to-day oversight How This Works Day to Day: ● You'll report directly to BBM's Marketing Director, with regular calls alongside BBM's sales and client service team ● More frequent check-ins while new accounts are being set up ● You're joining a growing agency and stepping into a real part of a small, hands-on team
