Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll own the prediction ML lifecycle — using millions of trail camera images and behavioral data to build models that predict deer movement and ultimately provide actionable hunting recommendations.Build and own ML capabilities from the ground upDeploy ML models at scale on GPU infrastructureDevelop and improve data pipelinesFocus on ML evaluation, model performance, and production deploymentsWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years of Machine Learning Engineering experienceDeep proficiency with PyTorchComputer vision and object detection — YOLO or similar frameworksStrong Python skills and experience with data pipelinesStrong understanding of ML evaluation, model performance, and production deploymentsPreferred Experience:Re-identification (ReID) or few-shot learningMLflow or Weights & BiasesTime-series prediction modelsMicrosoft AzureWildlife, agricultural, or other complex computer vision applications🌲 A passion for hunting or the outdoors is definitely a plus!🤖 Millions of proprietary trail camera images to work with💻 Dedicated GPU compute for training and experimentation
