About the RoleUST is looking for a QA Analyst to join its Software Testing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery by designing, executing, and managing functional testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.If you're passionate about software quality, Agile practices, and delivering exceptional user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in user story refinement and acceptance criteria reviews.Design and execute functional test cases and test scenarios.Perform test execution and validate application functionality.Identify, document, and track software defects.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Prepare and manage test data.Contribute to testing strategies and risk identification.Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality releases.RequirementsStrong understanding of Software Testing and QA best practices.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Xray, Postman, JMeter, Git, and GitHub.Knowledge of API testing.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to estimate testing effort and identify project risks.Intermediate English proficiency or above.ISTQB knowledge or certification is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience supporting UAT activities.Experience with test management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.BenefitsHealth, Dental & Life InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid VacationCollaborative Global TeamCareer Growth Opportunities
