We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Solution Architect to join our team on a 12+ month remote contract.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement Workday HCM solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations.Configure business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, custom reports, and integrations.Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Security, and Data Management teams.Evaluate Workday releases and recommend feature adoption.Provide architectural guidance for HR technology initiatives and maintain configuration documentation.Required Qualifications:8–10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.Strong expertise in Core HCM and one or more modules: Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent, Prism Analytics, or Severance.Proven experience owning end-to-end solution design and configuration in a production Workday environment.Strong knowledge of business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, custom reports, security concepts, and EIB/data loads.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.📅 Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)Visa : USC & GC are preferred
