Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a reliable outbound cold caller to support our sales team. This is a long-term, hourly role focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Your primary goal will be to engage decision-makers, introduce our services, and set up follow-up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus. Responsibilities: - Make outbound cold calls to businesses (call lists provided) - Follow a provided call script - Ask qualifying questions - Book qualified meetings or pass warm leads - Log all call activity in our CRM What we provide: - Call scripts and training - Lead lists - Clear daily call targets - Ongoing work (not a short-term project) - $4–9/hour USD to start (based on experience) + performance bonuses after onboarding Requirements: - Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience - Clear spoken English - Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day - Reliable internet and quiet calling environment - Available during U.S. business hours
