Key Details: • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) • Pay: $500–$800 USD/month (DOE) • Type: Freelance, Full-Time • Location: 100% Remote Core Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and chat • Respond to new leads and qualify customers using scripts • Schedule appointments and confirm jobs • Manage CRM records, pipelines, and follow-ups (GoHighLevel) • Handle reschedules, basic issues, and customer questions • Prepare job boards, internal notes, and organized records • Follow up on warm leads and unclosed estimates (light sales) Tools: • GoHighLevel (CRM) • Google Workspace • Call & messaging tools (VoIP, SMS, WhatsApp, email) Requirements: • Fluent written & spoken English • Strong customer service skills • Organized, detail-oriented, fast responder • Comfortable following scripts and processes • Able to multitask and work independently Nice to Have: • Experience with home services or trades • Sales or appointment-setting background
