We are looking for an eClinicalWorks - Patient Coordinator to join our growing team at The Coordinators. You would be working remotely with our client in the Personal Injury / Healthcare coordination space. In this role, you will support telemedicine coordination and patient scheduling across multiple providers and locations. You will manage patient flow after provider consultations, ensure MRI and chart information is properly handled within the EMR, and coordinate next steps with precision. This role requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball. The ideal candidate is highly meticulous, organized, and comfortable working within eClinicalWorks, ensuring that every patient is accurately scheduled and all information is properly documented. Responsibilities: - Coordinate scheduling for patients following telemedicine consultations. - Work with multiple providers to ensure proper patient placement and next steps. - Manage and update patient charts, including MRI documentation. - Operate within eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. - Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and coordinate care. - Ensure seamless scheduling across multiple locations. - Track and manage multiple inputs from providers without error. - Maintain organized workflows and ensure no details are missed. - Support overall patient coordination and administrative workflows. Requirements and Qualifications: - Experience working within eClinicalWorks (required). - Experience in patient coordination, scheduling, or medical administration. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows. - Comfortable working with telemedicine processes. - Ability to coordinate across multiple providers and locations. - Strong written and spoken English. - Bilingual preferred but not required. - Highly organized and process-driven. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools. - High integrity and ability to handle sensitive patient information. - High ethical standards, professionalism, and respect in all interactions. - Willingness to learn, grow, and develop yourself professionally. Weekly Hours: - 40 Hours per week. Pay Range: - $1,000 - $1,300 per month, depending on experience.
