This positions would play a key role in a leader in the reverse Mortgage Industry! This is an Entry Level Position, compensation $18-$20 an hour.RESPONSIBILITIES:Evaluate retail and wholesale reverse mortgage loan submissions for compliance and completenessAccurately input pertinent loan data into operational systemsOrder supplementary vendor products, such as credit reports and flood certsUtilize FHA Connection to order case numbers and log appraisalsCommunicate file status with retail and wholesale clientsWork closely with processing and underwriting to establish productive and efficient work flowsQualifications:Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.Previous Junior Loan Processor experience a plus.Prior FHA Connection Knowledge a plus but not required.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredExcellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office productsStrong customer service and time management skills a mustHighly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industryMutual of Omaha Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage diverse, talented, qualified applicants to apply. We offer an extensive compensation package.
