I'm hiring for a GTM Engineer for HeyOz.This is not a traditional marketing role. And it's not a traditional engineering role.We need someone who sits at the intersection, a marketer who thinks in systems and can use AI tools (including Claude Code) to build, automate, and scale growth.Areas of expertise (depth in one or more, the more the better):Influencer marketing: sourcing and managing influencers for digital brands, creating creative briefs tailored to influencer domains, automating outreach and workflows with AI. Bonus if you've measured influencer ROI in revenue, not just impressions.Paid ads: running Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, creating basic ad creatives (image and video) that can be refined by a designer. B2B experience is a strong plus.SEO & GEO: grown organic traffic for digital brands, with an understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (improving visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI search surfaces).Requirements:Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding toolsAbility to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervisionActive consumer of social media - you understand how content performs across Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok because you live on these platformsCan show measurable results from past marketing work (traffic grown, campaigns run, revenue influenced)Ability to work in a high velocity environment
