Who You Are
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you catch things before they fall through the cracks

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — Spanish is a bonus, not a requirement.
Proactive by nature: you ask the right questions to get the full picture, and you follow up without being asked
Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 360)
Experience with NEAT or similar expense/receipt tracking tools is a plus

Role Requirements:
2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur
2+ years working with clients from the United States, UK, Canada, or Australia
Must speak and write fluent English
Experience with a variety of CRM tools and tech savvy (AI tools included)
Reliable internet connection with a backup; ability to work scheduled remote hours consistently. (Minimum: Download Speed +20 MB / Upload Speed 5 MB)
A Computer:
At least 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core 8th generation processor or higher, or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or higher
Operating system: Windows 11 or higher / macOS 13 or higher
Working camera and microphone
Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, Uber) — and rebooking on the fly when plans change mid-trip
Track and organize travel receipts and expense reports using NEAT (digital receipts uploaded directly; physical receipts handled via photo workflow)
Manage the CEO's calendar and inbox. Make outbound calls on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with personal tasks as needed: scheduling medical appointments, handling passport and travel documentation, and other personal logistics
Help coordinate scheduling for the business development and onboarding teams
Manage follow-ups and task tracking
