You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions that enhance the customer experience, optimize operations, and drive business growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with our IT and Marketing teams to develop cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that enhance our customers' shopping experience, optimize our supply chain, and drive business growth. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a keen interest in eCommerce applications.

Experience: 1-3 years preferable (NOT a dealbreaker)
Salary: Up to $1000 USD/month
English level: C1 or Higher.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
Design Platforms using AI tools such as ChatGPT or any related.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address various eCommerce challenges, such as product recommendation, pricing optimization, and inventory management
Automate actions as requested.
Collect information from emails and answer questions.
Collect information from Google Sheets and answer questions.
Research the latest AI trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative ideas to improve our e-commerce platform
Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize them to ensure they deliver the desired results
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the performance and scalability of AI applications
Engineer and optimize large language model (LLM) pipelines using advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques to maximize output accuracy.
Collaborate with the R&D team to generate innovative concepts and execute actionable strategies for active projects.
Enforce data privacy and governance protocols within AI applications, ensuring all data processing complies with enterprise security standards and regulatory frameworks.
Maintain thorough documentation of all projects, including algorithm development, model training, and performance evaluation. As well as securely backing up material related to progress achieved daily.
Requirements:
Experience and a strong understanding of AI techniques such as machine learning technologies deep learning, or NLP, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience using AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, among others.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
Knowledge of data processing, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Additionally, experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, as well as experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, would be a plus.
A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in AI, machine learning, or data science is preferred.
