Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front endWrite and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemasBuild and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systemsDevelop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsDeploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.)Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussionsTroubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvementsSupport claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycleRequirements6+ years of experience in full stack developmentStrong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular)Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database designHands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrationsProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitFamiliarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.)Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, payer/provider data flows)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (deployment, monitoring, DevOps pipelines)Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standardsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practicesAbout UsEstablished in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we have a global team of over 1,000 professionals and delivery centers across Europe, the United States, and Argentina.
