Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Affiliate Marketing across the LATAM region.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the affiliate network across key LATAM markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners across LATAM markets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale affiliate revenue and market presence.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Affiliate Network Expansion & Management:
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, media buyers, and networks.
- Continuously expand and optimize the affiliate base in key LATAM geographies (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, etc.).
- Monitor affiliate performance and ensure high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch and optimize affiliate campaigns.
- Align campaigns with regional trends, user behavior, and platform dynamics.
- Provide strategic inputs on offers, payouts, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, etc.).
Market Expertise – LATAM:
- Leverage deep understanding of LATAM digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify high-potential verticals (fintech, gaming, eCommerce, etc.) within LATAM.
- Adapt global strategies to local market requirements.
Stakeholder & Partner Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM partners and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Tech, Finance) for seamless execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure long-term relationship building.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Analyze data to derive insights and recommend optimization strategies.
- Forecast revenue and pipeline growth for LATAM region.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / BD.
- Strong network of affiliates and publishers in LATAM region.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
