Requirements and responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting operations with FP&A emphasis in a US-based environment. Manage a distributed team (onshore and offshore) across time zones; oversee month-/quarter-/year-end close, financial reporting, P&L analysis, and variance insights. Collaborate with Director of Finance & CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management; ensure multistate tax compliance and audit readiness; drive ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements; oversee cash flow and treasury; leverage Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools for efficiency.
