Well… you might just be in the right place!As a Growth Marketing Manager- Affiliates and Referrals, you will lead the strategy and performance of one of the company’s most important marketing channels by driving lead generation through affiliate marketing and referral partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new partners, managing and strengthening existing relationships, and optimizing commission structures to maximize growth and performance. Reporting to the Directors of Performance Marketing, North America, you will play a key role in shaping brand perception, influencing customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business results through one of Lightspeed’s largest marketing channels. Your contributions will be instrumental to the continued growth and success of the business.Please note that this is a 13-month fixed-term contract position starting in August 2026.What you’ll be doing:Develop and execute affiliate & referral marketing plans to drive user growth at scaleIdentify new partners, negotiate agreements, and strengthen existing partnershipsCollaborate with Analytics team to track overall program performance and evaluate individual partnershipsMonitor and improve performance and conversion rates across the marketing and product funnelWork with Marketing Operations and Data teams to build technical integrations with partnersAlign with Brand Marketing team to promote consistent brand narrativeWhat you need to bring:Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or similar opportunities to negotiate with partnersExperience with Affiliate Networks (Impact, Rakuten, CJ)Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while optimizing for highest impactStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in technical integration of partnersEven better if you have, but not necessary:Lead-generation experience in a B2B environmentExperience managing affiliate strategy and execution, with focus on direct response in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of hitting aggressive targets and improving ROI and CACHands-on experience using affiliate tracking toolsYou’ll enjoy:A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best workA culture that celebrates performanceThe chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heardCareer-defining opportunitiesPlus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.Flexible paid time off and remote work policiesEquity options, because this is your company tooContributions to your pension plan.
