Requirements and responsibilities


This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing, ensuring smooth and timely real estate transactions. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. - Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes. - Coordinate inspections. - Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, and others. - Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. - Coordinate moving/possession schedules. - Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process. - Enter all client information into the client database. Requirements: - At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Highly detail-oriented. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong coordination and scheduling skills. - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
