We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Data Migration Lead with specialized expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Project Accounting to own and drive the end-to-end data migration stream for a critical corporate spin-off project.In this role, you will define the conversion strategy, manage technical data mapping, orchestrate mock loads, and oversee the final cutover load execution to guarantee zero-defect data integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Definition: Define, document, and execute a comprehensive Oracle EBS R12 data migration strategy tailored to corporate spin-off requirements.Data Lifecycle Management: Establish migration scope, technical mapping rules, extraction logic, and data cleansing frameworks.Module Focus: Lead functional and technical data conversion activities specifically within the Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA) domain.Mock & Reconciliation: Orchestrate sequential conversion mock cycles and design rigid data reconciliation matrices alongside financial validation routines.Cutover Execution: Manage data-related defect logs, perform root-cause analysis, and own the final production cutover data load strategy and runbooks.✅ Essential Skills & QualificationsExperience: 6–8 years of dedicated experience working as a Data Migration Lead or Technical Lead within Oracle EBS R12 environments.Domain Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA) module.Project Background: Proven track record leading large-scale data migrations, system separations, or corporate spin-off data cutovers.Technical Core: Hands-on proficiency in defining extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) specifications, cross-reference mapping tables, and high-volume transactional reconciliation.If you are an experienced Oracle data migration expert ready to lead a high-stakes enterprise system separation, please send your resume to:Email: sudhanshu.singh@scalable-systems.com
