Requirements and responsibilities

• Lead your x-functional team with iOS/Android/Web/Backend Engineers • Ensure a constant delivery of your team and always push for perfection • Develop processes and software development techniques together with your team • Coach your software engineers; i.e.: help them with their weaknesses and foster their strengths • Collaborate with the rest of the B2B leadership team to further the vision for the B2B tech and product teams • Together with your team’s Product Manager work closely with our sales team to understand the market’s needs and define how to deliver them • You will work closely with the recruiting team not only on attracting but also on retaining and onboarding new team members • Set goals for your software engineers and coach them by providing frequent feedback • Foster autonomy in decisions and processes of your team
