• Design and implement beautiful, usable, and scalable interfaces and flows across a range of features and personas. • Launch new products and features, validate usability and desirability, and iterate quickly. • Collaborate on deliverables with engineering, product management, support, marketing, sales, etc. • Make design choices based on user behavior, business goals, engineering capabilities, and empirical data. • Identify and drive new and existing opportunities in the roadmap. • Shape the culture and processes to scale the capacity and quality bar of the design team. • Build, keep and sustain a strong design system. • Work directly with customers to make sure we are addressing the problems to be solved.
