Spiritus is looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to help manage a growing range of international creative, publishing, and cultural projects.One of the first major projects will be helping coordinate the production of an approximately 200-page commemorative art book, including photography, essays, translations, captions, credits, and other publication materials.The role will also involve:Coordinating with writers, editors, designers, photographers, and vendorsPreparing and proofreading documentsManaging project files, trackers, revisions, and approvalsAssisting with CDs and CD bookletsConducting research and outreachRunning recruitment searches and screening applicantsHelping oversee international submission projectsWe’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:Publishing or editorial productionGraphic/document designAdobe InDesign or similar softwareCreative project managementArts, culture, music, photography, or mediaYou should have excellent written English, strong attention to detail, good visual judgment, and the ability to manage many moving pieces independently.The right person will have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility and grow into independently managing major Spiritus projects.To apply, please send your CV, a short introduction, examples of relevant work, and a brief description of a complex project you have organized or coordinated to nhisa@spiritus.artLearn more: Spiritus.art
