Role: SAP o9 Solution & Process OwnerWe are looking for an experienced professional with strong o9 platform expertise to own and manage an integrated planning environment across the complete lifecycle — from Development to Production.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn & govern SAP o9 and SAP IBP environment landscape (Development | QA | UAT | Pre-Production | Production)Manage release & deployment activities including: Change Control, Transport Scheduling, Rollback Procedures, Deployment ValidationDrive Incident & Problem Management: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Vendor Coordination, Preventive ActionsSupport integrations between: o9, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise SystemsBuild monitoring dashboards and improve platform reliability through automationCollaborate with global stakeholders, SAP Support & o9 vendorsRequired Skills & Experience10+ Years of SAP IBP experience with strong hands-on o9 expertiseDeep understanding of o9 platform architecture & administrationExperience managing SAP & o9 multi-tier environmentsExpertise in Release, Change & Deployment ManagementKnowledge of SAP BTP & Integration TechnologiesStrong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release ManagementAbility to work independently in a global remote environmentInterview Mode: VirtualShift Timing: 1:30 PM IST – 10:30 PM IST
