We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Transportation Management Solution Architect / Lead Functional Consultant to lead global Blue Yonder TMS implementations and transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional consulting for Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations.Design and deliver best-in-class Blue Yonder TMS solutions for global customers.Lead solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Act as the functional liaison between customers, Project Managers, Technical Architects, and third-party consultants.Drive end-to-end TMS implementation and transformation programs.Manage complex global and multi-region deployments.Lead discovery, design, construction, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.Identify solution gaps and design appropriate solutions beyond standard out-of-the-box functionality.Define integration strategies across TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, and Control Tower platforms.Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and new business opportunities.Provide solution reviews, QA, troubleshooting, environment configuration, and system testing.Mentor and guide global TMS consulting teams.Leverage AI/ML and advanced analytics for intelligent routing, dynamic planning, predictive ETAs, and autonomous logistics execution.🔑 Mandatory SkillsBlue Yonder Transportation Management (TMS)Minimum 5+ years of Blue Yonder TMS experience6–10 years of overall Supply Chain domain experienceEnd-to-end TMS implementation experienceAt least 3 full IT project implementationsStrong Supply Chain & Transportation domain knowledgeSolution Design & Functional ConsultingBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementIntegration across TMS/WMS/OMS/ERPStrong presentation & communication skillsExcel, SQL, Postman🟢 Good to HaveOracle / Manhattan / SAP Supply Chain experienceManagement Consulting / Supply Chain Center experienceAI/ML & Advanced AnalyticsControl Tower / Logistics TransformationRFP & Solutioning experienceGlobal program management experience🎯 Ideal CandidateA Blue Yonder TMS functional lead/solution architect who can independently own solution design and delivery, engage directly with global customers, manage complex TMS transformations, and lead consulting teams.
