Responsibilities
Job Purpose:Responsible for delivering functional and technical aspects of Core Banking Implementation Program.Developing and executing the Core Banking Implementation strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals.Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality of delivery.Responsible to provide support during User Training sessions, PWT, SIT/UAT, Business Simulation and Production Rollout.Responsible to lead the Core Production Implementation within the SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life cycle.Manage the transformation of core banking application to the next version.Knowledge of Functional / Technical Architecture of the core system of the bank; Flexcube experience is a definite plus.Manage project and cost management related activities with PM skills.Knowledge, SKills & Experience:Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.Engineer / Postgraduate with 12+ years of experience with atleast 3 years of hands on experience in project management and implementation.Experience in 14.x versions is an added advantage.Experience in any core banking implementation as Consultant or Solution Architect or Senior Product developer is mandatory.Knowledge of PMP tools is mandatory.Strong understanding of SDLC process.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans,Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels.Experience in Banking Production Support is an advantage.Experience in Core Transformation projects will be an added advantage.Interested candidates can share updated CVs on roja.m@paraminfo.com
