Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Support execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics.
- Create and adapt social media content (captions, posts, hooks, short-form ideas) using AI prompting techniques.
- Develop and edit short-form video content using AI-powered tools (Reels, TikTok-style content).
- Use AI prompting to generate content variations, ad copy, hooks, and creative concepts at scale.
- Collaborate on campaign strategy, targeting, and growth initiatives.
- Build basic reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Leverage AI tools and prompting workflows to streamline content creation, testing, and optimization.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (mandatory — non-negotiable).
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with AI video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Descript, or similar).
- Practical experience using AI prompting for content creation, copywriting, or marketing workflows.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization.
- Experience creating short-form, high-engagement content.
- Strong execution, organization, and time management skills.
- English proficiency (professional level).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience building structured prompts for consistent content generation and testing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content scaling, or campaign ideation.
- Interest in growth marketing and paid media strategy.
- Ability to analyze content performance and iterate quickly.
